Documentation Integrations

This is a high-level list of native and third-party integrations available with updown.io.

Native

These integrations are developper by the updown.io team and can be configured from the settings page:

• Email: provided by Postmark & MailerSend (fallback).
• SMS: provided by Vonage & Free mobile (depending on country). Costs extra credits per alert, so we only send the most important alerts to avoid unnecessary cost (site down/up & SSL invalid/recovery)
• Slack: native OAuth process, connect your channel with a few clicks.
• Slack compatible: supports any slack-compatible webhook URL (e.g. Discord).
• Microsoft Teams: supports Teams Inbound Webhook URL.
• Telegram: can be connected to conversation or groups using links or by talking to the bot @updown_io_bot.
• Zapier: can be used to send alerts to thousands of other services! check out the guide
• Statuspage.io: automatically update your status page component state and performance charts.
• Webhooks: our native updown.io webhooks can be used to build any integration that you want.

Third-party

These integrations are developped & maintained by third-parties and can usually be connected to updown.io by using our native webhooks or slack-compatible webhooks:

• Chathooks: a generic self-hosted proxy which accepts slack-compatible webhooks and can convert them to RingCentral Messaging/Glip webhook.
• SureTriggers: a Zapier alternative which can be used to connect to other services.
