Feature Requests Would love to edit the weekly notification time

I really like the weekly downtime report. However it now comes in when I have already started my workweek and dived into something. I would like to receive the email a bit earlier. If it would be possible to select a specific time/day for the notification to be send (maybe per recipient), that would be a good q.o.l. feature i.m.o..
