Add a new check point in Russia. Moscow and Novosibirsk.

I wholeheartedly support this. As 80% of Russians live in Russia's European part, Moscow location would be great for them. Meanwhile, Novosibirsk would be awesome as well – not only for Siberia, but also for Central Asia locations (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, etc) because both EU and SE Asia are too far away from them which makes updown ping speed not very accurate and relevant.
