A small "+" icon could expand to show related sub-URLs.

Thanks for creating another post for this suggestion, I'll put the link in the previous comment.
I had a few similar requests and suggestions in the past which let me to another idea that you wouldn't have to configure: providing a "domain tree" sort order, which would display your checks ordered by TLD then domain then subdomain, etc.. with a small indentation each time we go one step down so you can easily see the groups and sub-groups. Would this be an interesting option for you ?
