Extend expected HTTP status code to handle multiple status code as ok, for example '200-299,599'. (599 means 'Deployment ongoing' here.)

Thanks for the suggestion, hera are two quick workaround ideas in the meantime:

If you want this status to be considered UP by most monitoring services, maybe you should use 299 actually? (updown by default considers 200-299 as UP, many similar services do that too)
You can also automate the disable/mute of the check during deploys, this could have some advantages like: muting for a specific duration (expected deploy duration) would alert you if it stays down for longer than expected.
