Feature Requests Basic webhooks

It would be nice to have webhooks. It's quite common to have them in services that emit notifications. It's a great simple way to hook up some third-party services. Since it's a simple URL to "ping" it's not as coupled and hard to do as proper integrations.

Post to custom URL on incident, instead of pulling the current status from the API.

Is there any way to send a webhook test request ... for testing purposes?
There's no button but you can easily test them by adding a website which doesn't exist and wait 30 seconds. You can test the up alert by changing it to a website which does exist ☺
