Feature Requests Ability to toggle Apdex notifications on a per-check basis

I have two sites which I would like to have Apdex notifications enabled, and a third where the notifications are unneeded. It would be nice to be able to toggle them on/off individually rather than having a global enable/disable.

I don't think there's enough need for an extra setting here, especially as you can always set the websites for which you don't want Apdex alerts to a much higher threshold (so that you'll almost never receive an alert for them unless the performance is terrible)
