No it is not possible to monitor the content of a website generated using javascript (e.g. React) because updown.io does not load or execute javascript in a browser. Instead it simply issues HTTP queries to your endpoint and thus can only see the HTML body returned by the initial HTTP request.
This also means that updown will not generate any unwanted data in your javascript analytics (e.g. Google Analytics).
